Honestly, the receptionist is very bad she didn't listen to you. I have a flight at 6.50 on tuesday, and i arrived at the counter around 5.25 to get my boarding pass. She gave me another flight and told me you have to be here 90 minutes prior to the flight. I told her that I will make it because today there is no rush in the security and Customs but, she changed my flight and i cleared and entered in the boarding area around 6.00 Am then, I have requested the inside counter lady to give me back same flight and she changes it. Long story short, dont book United. Or try it on your Own

They make sure to shut off every single way of contacting them, whether that be via chat, call, or their so called 'on-demand agent service' when you need to cancel your flight due to a HUGE delay because compensation is due according to their so called policy. So scummy!!

Told us our 5am flight was cancelled at 4:55am even though the airlines didn’t book a crew for the plane knowing it had mechanical issues but didn’t tell the passengers. Saved up United miles on my Credit Card for years for this trip and now lost a day because of their stupidity. Never flying United again!

Pros: No delays and the basic one cup drink and small bag of snacks. Cons: customer service had a call wait time of about four hours, economy didn't let us bring a carry on, and they changed our whole flight time as well as layover location without notifying us (we only found out when we checked in a day before the flight).

Any time you wish to be treated poorly, they can provide. Get bumped from your flight, told the first class seat you bought is no longer available (but you may get a partial refund if you write a letter), pay unexpected fees, or be treated to a dirty seat in a plane with no working bathroom.
