DON"T EVEN THINK ABOUT USING THIS SCAM COMPANY UNLESS YOU DON'T WANT YOUR STUFF DELIVERED SAFELY!!!!!! They sub out the move to another company, and don't cover any damages and carry no insurance! If I can give this company a minus 100 I would. The most unprofessional, and biggest scam artist that exist. Took our furniture in perfect condition and promised to deliver it all wrapped and as it left my home with in 2 weeks. it arrived 5 weeks later with no wrapping, crushed, scratched, cracked. boxes smashed to bits, items rolling around on the floor in the truck mixed with items that didn't belong to us.We even had missing or stole items. Its almost like they opened all the boxes and stole what they liked and left boxes open so that all items were damaged! I called to speak with our sales guy Ken who wouldn't even take the call and transferred me to a supervisor Gabby who had me send her photos and said would help,. Its been 3 weeks, not only hasn't she helped me, she doesn't respond to calls or messages. They subbed out their work to Reliable moving whom in turn told us to file with Movingclaims, their insurance company. I tried filling out claim only to find out they are not insurance company but a scam. Stay AWAY from these companies. SCAM ARTISTS!

Riped me off over $1600.. Never moved me. Misrepresentaion of their identification. Claimed to be my original moving company. Do NOT use this company. Can NOT be trusted. You have been pre warned. I don't want what happened to me to happen to you.

They are scammers..they came to my apt and loaded half my belongings. I was then told I could either pay an additional 1800 or leave the rest of the furniture behind. Yes, this is despite the contract quote. The contract says the subcontractor can charge whatever amount for whatever they want. They are not bound by the terms of the contract. This was a nightmare. They also broke several pieces of furniture.

5 days late and when it arrived, at least 10 boxes were missing, my fragile items were broken, boxes were crushed. They stole my antique copper pots and pans, Framed art all had broken glass. They broke my TV and of course added $4000 to the bill after giving me a $5300 quote. I paid over $9000 for the worst movers I have ever dealt with. When I kept calling, I kept getting the usual we will let you know and never got a call. All.of m baby stuff, keepsakes just GONE! DON'T USE THEM!!!

Terrible experience. Very nice to you at first, then never call back when you have issues. Totes arrived broken. Boxes marked fragile were crushed. Luckily my daughter did more than needed bubble wrap. Would not recommend at all!
