Packages were marked "delivered in back door". I live in an apt building, where the address is pretty easy, it's on a corner. This idiot delivery person left my packages out by our building's dumpsters, and they were thrown away. My BF took out the garbage just now and noticed thats where they were. When its' UDS you can't trust that your packages will be delivered in a reasonable way, sometimes they are delivered days after being marked delivered.

My package was delivered to wrong address, I reached out to their help desk, and they sent following respond: “Aug 26, 2024 10:33 AM The driver will return to attempt to recover your package.The address you provided to ZARA is not correct. And as a result your package was mis delivered.We do not use GPS,This is where the satellite took the driver.Please update your address in the ZARAAP for future deliveries.” I double checked if I made a mistake in shipping address, everything was correct. It was an issue at their end. Driver never returned, I had to go around the neighborhood asking if anyone received my package. At the end of the day, one of my neighbors from other street brought my package. I never received an apology or text if my issue has resolved. Terrible service.

My pack was tossed in ditch I have a business open 8 to 5 Big huge building and they toss mine in the ditch at end of lane looked ran over box’s busted and three out of 4 in my box’s I m beyond in disbelief u would let your drivers treat the packages in this manner I have video and I will post it !!! You should look up my driver and ask if that is how he/She treat customers property when I go over video footage I will be posting for other companies to see how respectful your drivers are this needs addressed!!!! So unprofessional and horrible service I will never use your service for my business and u hurt other businesses when you treat your customers in this manner

If I could give this company negative stars I would. Notoriously horrible delivery. Always late. Lost packages. Stolen items. Why do companies still use this sorry ass delivery service?????
