Don't do it. 100% don't do it. Find a legit moving company on your own. These people are just brokers. They referred me to a company that STOLE my stuff. I packed 35 boxes I received 30. And 26 were opened and pilfered. They opened my daughters piggy bank and stole her change. I lost 8k worth of stuff. They will just say they had nothing to do with it as they aren't a moving company. Pay the money to do it right.

Horrible company to work with. This was a broker company. We were given one initial quote by Andrew Richards the Senior Logistics Coordinator which was a reasonable price point. He stated that even if we had any extra items we wanted to add on to the truck, we would be able to with no extra charge. We were then called by Ryan another coordinator 2 days before the move stating we had to pay an additional $800 to move all of my items and in his words " It did not matter" what Andy stated before hand and even hung up on my family when we were asking more questions. When the movers finally came, they were sent to the wrong pick up address and stated that they were going to deliver my items on a date that was prior to our signed contract date. There was an additional charge of $200 for "elevator use". The movers are so accustomed to brokers setting them up for failure that they have admitted to being physically assaulted by customers do to the broker agreements and would recommend working with a mover company directly or UHaul movers. For the delivery, we wrote in our contract that a 18 wheeler would not be able to fit in our residential area. The moving company then tried to charge a $500 shuttle service that I would have to by the Uhaul truck myself. Luckily the foreman was amazing and were able to work a solution out among ourselves.The only follow up I had from customer service person was Maddie asking me to give them 5 stars on Google Reviews. Save yourself the money and stress and don't use this company. I question a company that is willing to put their staff in continuous danger that has them telling customers that it is a scam as well.

Worst experience I have had with a moving company. First off this is just brokerage company that contracts out then says I done with you now! I was quoted $1200.00 by United Express Moving and Storage (UMS) who contracted Front line to “pack and ship” my storage unit of construction tool and some personal effects. After they packed it up and put it on their truck, they called me and said it would be $2400.00. I said no put it back, they said they would not put it back until I paid them $400.00 for their trouble. Realizing I’d been “had”, I acquiesced to the $2400.00. Then they delayed shipping my belonging. Picked up on 16Jan24 and delivered 08Mar24. When delivered, the first thing I noticed was that EVERY SINGLE box was CRUSHED and at some point left outside as some boxes that had broken tops had water in the bottom ruining my household art work, books and clothes. (see picture of example). Then as the unloading progress I noticed significant items missing, commercial airless paint sprayer, relatively new power washer, new Bosch router with plunger in hard case, all my shovels, rakes, sledgehammers, picks and assort trowels, brooms, antique Arabian type swords worth over $3000.00 I got in Afghanistan. No one spoke English communicated through iPhone translator. He would not give me a copy the itemized list of what they said they pickup and after repeated attempts by email, text and phone calls to this day have not received said manifest. At this point they will not respond to any of my attempts to reach them. They told me to contact their insurance. Insurance has been stalling and will not commit to value of items. They want to pay pennies on the weight of items. In English they may pay $75.00 for over $6000.00+ for lost or damaged. UMS to date has taken NO RESPONSIBILITY. USE THIS COMPANY AT YOUR OWN RISK! I will continue to update on the lack of response and and non payment for damage and lost as time progresses.

This company is not Legit, took our son's money and refused to refund it even when he canceled within the contractual obligated time. The majority of the five star reviews of this company are all first time reviewers. Please look at the reviews closely as all the local guides give them a one. I hope they sleep at night. Interesting how they respond, again make sure to read the reviews carefully others have had the same experience. And yes I am not the person that hired them, but certainly am aware of how he was treated and bounced around with no real customer service. And again they are not telling the truth, they did not dispatch anyone as he called multiple times well before the 72 hours. What comes around goes around, so I hope they enjoy keeping young people's deposits. Again, just read the reviews closely and carefully. If I could give zero I would.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! Also this is not a third party review as all calls concerning business or transactions over $1k are recorded. My husband and I run 5 businesses and keep records of EVERYTHING! I also see a lot of reviews that speak about the same issues we had concerning Ryan (the calls always seem to be 2 days before Ryan? See a pattern?) But even after all of the horrifying reviews that mention Ryan he is still employed so he either scams so many out of deposits that he has become an asset for an unethical company. We also love how Joann called to try to smooth things over. Joann you need to put your boy Ryan on a leash or you will lose more business. You can’t change prices by thousands of dollars last minute. When someone decides to cancel your service you don’t just hang up on them Ryan Williams! You end the call professionally no matter how you personally feel. One of the first rules of business, especially when someone is being pleasant toward you. I gave your business the benefit of the doubt and thought the call was dropped but RYAN admitted he hung up because we wanted to cancel the service. I see this is how you guys get people by changing the prices last minute and keeping deposits.
