Do Not Use this company or allow any brokers to contract work to them! See the pictures of how they haphazardly packed my items. They'll cause thousands of dollars worth of damage and then limit you to $.60 per pound for recovery. If you experience this, Don't accept it; file a complaint with their cargo insurance carrier PMA insurance (policy #9233800). See my complaint with DOT as well: I was charged approximately $9800 for this move based on how many cubic square feet I used. At some point they transferred my property to another truck that did not have enough space for all of my property. The delivery driver advised he had to hitch my bed to the back of his truck. Due to weather conditions, my $2000 bed was broken in several places and also water damaged. I took pictures of the inside of the trailer before they started unloading and it was clear other items were damaged due to improper loading (boxes and other furniture were being smashed down by heavy items sitting on top.) I have approximately $3500 worth of damaged belongings (king bed; 65 in curved tv; 6ft long buffet cabinet; over-sized chair). The moving company wants to limit me to $.60 per pound as recovery when my items should've never been hitched to the outside of their truck; especially considering I was forced to pay more at pickup for the space I needed. I have a video of the driver admitting to leaving my belongings outside in addition to pictures.

Absolute scam of a company. 30% of everything we owned came to us, destroyed, waterlogged, or both. The insurance website is a disaster and requirements for claims require original purchase receipts. It is set up so it’s LITERALLY impossible to claim the insurance they sell you on. Edit- you can see they replied. In my photos there is proof it was CLEARLY more than 3 boxes. I have attempted the insurance multiple times, and again, they cover like 60 cents a lb. And require original purchase receipts which I don’t have for a lot of things. The site is HORRIBLE and looks like a scam on its own

Highly recommend prime moving, my crew was very organized, they paid very close attention to detail, they communicated well about what time they were going to arrive. If they’re climbing stairs, count the stairs beforehand because you will be charged per step. But trust me it’s worth the fee because these guys are great. You want safety and security with your stuff when Moving and I definitely got it from this crew. They wrapped everything securely and packed the truck expertly.

Why from 5 star to 1 star? We were a short notice move. Loaders were on time. Efficient. Professional. A. Booking Broker, AB Moving Services, will agree to your schedule. Be sure to read contract and verify actual delivery with the subcontract truck. We were picked up for a truck "leaving that week": as stated by first contact. Stuff was not delivered for 5 weeks. This is an established standard within the movers community. B. No joke. Verify every sticker and the written detail. We got the desk hardware, but they never found the actual desk. Or our oak coffee table. In spite of repeated inquiries. I saw it all packed. Dude used the desk the entire time to document the order, it was the last item to pack. The front line guys were all professional, hard workers. The job will get done-ish. Just make sure you are clear on exact dates and that all of your stuff is properly documented.

I hired local movers to help me move a 2 bdrm apartment in Los Angeles. Guys showed up on time with all necessary carts and packaging materials. They dismantled heavy furniture, packed averything and moved into the new place in Playa Vista in one day. They worked late till 8pm but we're able to assemble the bed and most important furniture items. They are hardworking and kind people that are nice to be around. Highly recommended!
