Just paid 2k for my car and I get to this place … No sign up with hours of operation No one in site No one came back from lunch break No MRs Jean . No one in office We are having a family emergency and we need our truck for traveling . Again this is is a family emergency 🚨 When we call no one answers And operator puts us on hold for 10mins then takes our phone number and says press star for someone to return our call and then proceeds to hang up ! We are here now and still no one How would you feel? On top of trying to schedule an appt to pick it up for three hours Calling for 3 days So not a pleasant experience No sign any where No instructions No rules No regulations No price list anywhere Is this a joke ?

If I could leave zero stars I would! This has been the WORST experience. I left my wallet in my car with almost 800$ in it. I have the lady in the office my keys, she goes to my car and brings me my wallet but there is no money inside. Immediately the lady hands me a complaint form, as if that is a remedy for my missing money. No apologies, no remorse, no empathy NOTHING. I’m pissed and you guys should be ashamed.

My wallet was in my car and when I got to my car my money in it and my debit card was stolen. I did a claim and they said it wasn't anything in my wallet and yes your right nothing was in it because one of the employees stole it. Which ibthink it was that fat black stank looking guy that did it. Why do you have to steal I already spent 2k to get it back and then take my money out of my car is horrible. Company and people that work for them are all trash! God don't like ugly.

It only took them 45 minutes for them release my car. no problem at all. process could've been took up to 4 hours but they worked very quickly.

I have to admit my anxiety level was thru the roof once we got close to the place. Its called Surviving While Black. True country. Too much one lane in and one out. Lots of woods God protect US. Pleasantly, they were quite hospitable. They also had ALL of our contents as far as I can tell. Its just too far away. This was a very good THING. Also my Neesha on the phone!! My angel!! She was spectacular!! YES it all works TOGETHER!! Thank you Neesha!!!! For comforting me and just all around making this experience a good one!!! Time for a new chapter....🙏🙌 Unfortunately there were items missing my jack..and some other items were missing from my trunk. Needed to update that.
