I wish there was an option to give zero stars. Here's why: 1. I was emailed a contract with one price and it was inclusive 2. The movers showed up two hours late 3. They didn't have the proper equipment to protect my furniture 4. Instead of starting from the top to the bottom of the house, they started from the bottom 5. Two of our tv's had to be replaced because they only wrapped them in paper and tape 6. The sales rep, Justin, was dodging my phone calls after the driver, Michael, gave me a much higher price when my contract said one price 7. One of the movers relaxing in my accent chair during the job. 8. When they unloaded the furniture after extorting an additional $600 from me, they placed all of our furniture in our garage then told us they ran out of time so they couldn't take it into the house and place it in its rightful spot 9. They left furniture, all of our children's furniture at the old address and told us they would have to come back the next day to finish, but they would have to charge us since their time expired and they brought a 16ft truck. That wasn't our fault. 10. JUST RUN!!!! THESE GUYS WILL SCAM THE HELL OUT OF YOU AND WILL NOT TAKE ANY, AND I MEAN ANY, RESPONSIBILITY FOR WHAT THEY DID.

Moving out of Brooklyn, New York to Florida was intimidating this summer since I had read many terrible stories from people moving cross country. With United Relocation NY I found a team that was, not only kind to me but diligent with how they handled our stuffs. Highly recommend this crew...!

THE WORST MOVING COMPANY, ALL THEIR REVIEWS ARE FAKE. They promise one things and do the opposite. They overcharge you, lie to you, the estimates are wrong and doubles on the day of the move. They request payments via Zelle account that is not associated with the company. Don’t deliver on the promise date and don’t leave for days on! I WOULDN’T DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THEM AND RUN! Drivers and sales team have no communications and don’t know what they are doing. Keep blaming each other for their mistakes.

I had to move between states. United Relocation were the best out of state movers. Will go back to them for their amazing service. Nothing broke and everything ran smoothly like a well oiled engine.
