This company is the worst moving company ever. They broke the all of the furniture that I requested them to move for me. This furniture was worth more than $2,000. Everything was damaged!!! They offered me a check of .60 cents a pound per items that were damaged ……Talk about slick…. My delivery was back in March , we are currently in June and I still have not received the “check” I was supposed to receive for my damaged furniture. I was charged $150 per television to box it for it to be completely broken. They tried to tell me I never paid extra to package my television. My total cost to move a studio apartment cost $2,950! I lost all my hardworking money that I spent for my furniture. Such a SCAM!!!!!!!!! Do not use this company. I will never recommend this company to anyone. The claim departments never answers your call, neither does the company. They give you the run around every time you call. At this point I believe my number is blocked because no one answers me or my wife's call. TERRIBLE!

14 hours to move a well organized 3 bdrm home, 12 hours into the move more than doubled the estimate after trucks almost fully loaded at 10pm at night.... they said they'd unload the trucks if i did not sign the updated estimate and pay them 1/2 of the updated estimate... extortion. I had to give the foreman a ride to UHaul 5.5 hours into the move as they brought the wrong size truck.. they're supposed to walk through on arrival and update the estimate then and did not. On arrival the foreman said 4 - 5 hours. The details on the updated estimate are overstated. We spoke yesterday and this company is completely unprofessional to deal with.

If I could give them a zero I would. This company is thE WORST. They have your belongings loaded on the truck & it drives away, Then you sign a contract & pay After your stuff is driven away. Even though the Forman of that moving crew tells you that you'll receive you things on a certain day, the contract says not guaranteed & the office lady says they legally have 21 days to have it delivered !! The driver was EXTREMELY rude & Very disrespectful towards me. Totally ignored my directions of my property and then walked to my husband & asked him where to put our things ! He constantly talked over me when I tried talking to him, argued with me & when he called me at the time he was in route, he talked over me & then hung up on me ! Just about every single one of our property was damaged & some missing ! We'll over $10,000. In damaged and missing items. We're military and needed the weight slips, 1 initial empty, 1 initial loaded & 1 loaded at the end just before delivery. This company refused to even do the weight at the end & we never received any of the weight slips for the military to reimburse us. For 3 weeks now I've been trying to get this company to send us weight slips & a copy of the contract & to file a claim for damages & missing items. They never return your calls or emails when they say they will & they don't answer their phone 1/2 the time. Although the Forman Adil was very nice but gave empty promises. I Definitely & Strongly recommend that No One should Every use this company. You will pay over $20,000.00 just to get nothing but worthless property back & nothing but a bad attitude back from the people in this company.

The crew Adel, Moe & Said were the best movers for my move from MA to FL today! They were amazing, courteous & professional from start to finish!!! They took great care of us & treated all of our belongings with care paying attn to those boxes marked fragile!! I highly recommend for long distance move Thank you guys for #1 top notch service! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Day 24 of my items still not being delivered from PA to FL . Being told many excuses, and I can see reviews of people getting their items delivered, we have given this company at least $3000 between them and North Relo LLc who originally took our deposit of $1050 and the request to be given to this so called moving company which we had no idea who was taking our items till last minute . Will updated review once my items finally arrive whenever that will be. No communication only I myself calling every week only to get a different excuse. Just sad and traumatized at this point because my whole life is packed up and I have no idea where my items or who has my items. Still no update , no calls , no emails as of 8/24/2024. When I called all the girl on the phone can tell me is August 6th which has no basis as it’s 8/24/2024 and my items are still supposedly in “transit” . Makes absolutely no sense. Will be taking legal actions if no update. Will post contract as well to show how they take advantage and do not provide any delivery date on paperwork.
