Deceptive pricing. Was told monthly I wouldn’t hit the monthly minimum of $250 with estimated product storage and movement. Was charged over $400 / month for storing just about three pallets. Other than that staff were friendly, place was clean, sometimes there were delays if I needed assistance pulling product but for the most part it was fine. Just make sure you are aware of everything you will be charged for before signing up.

Overall good experience. Pickup is quick & easy, everything is COLD. However, once a small mistake was made with my order (a thing that happens) and I was low-key about it, contacting them just to let them know. I didn’t appreciate Charlene’s attitude, and she essentially blamed the problem on me, after telling me that every delivery is handled by at least two employees. She said if we want accurate deliveries the customer needs to hand check every item against their Purchase Order. Luckily I am able to do that, but I find it incredibly unreasonable to expect that of drivers who pick up many pallets of product. They do not have the time, nor are they paid, to unpack and check each pallet for accuracy. That portion of the work is literally what this facility is for and paid to do. So some customer service training, general common sense, and respect for drivers would be a nice addition.

Entrance on 3rd St between Egbert & Carroll Avenue. If you deliver to Asia International drive down towards end of property, blue building on right hand side. Pull in early otherwise deal with somewhat tight docking. Workmen very generous & helpful.

In n out! Everytime! Not alot of room but FAST and friendly! Do NOT listen to Minel Fazlics review!! Do not show up the night before no matter what type of truck you drive there's no room there's no parking you got to show up for your delivery or your pickup and you're out of there
