What a great company to work for man. They pay for your flight and uber to their terminal. They respect you here at this company. Literally treat you like family man. Their truck are top notch with maintenance. The truck and trailer I was issued literally had brand new tires all around. Their dispatch is so friendly, like you really get treated like a person not a number. They get you miles between 3k-3.5k a week. If youre looking for good trucking job with consistency and You wanna be treated right, I highly recommend you try this company out. Maybe people had different experience but my experience so far, it's wonderful.

Excellent team of people to drive for! I've been driving since 2001 and worked for company's big and small. These guys know what they are doing...like have their own shop to fix the equipment to keep it safe and do repairs very quickly to keep you rolling and legal as well..United has a strict on time policy and is serious about the rules of the road but that is what keeps their good standings with DOT and the Brokers and encourages drivers to be honest and stay out of trouble and in turn, Also keeps drivers busy and promotes longevity for the company, which is job security in the long run for the drivers.. If you come here and just follow the simple rules, you will NOT be micromanaged, and that gives them a small company feel, they have 100+ trucks and growing in a bad economy for these reasons.. If that's what you are looking for, I highly recommend finding a home here at this company. Be safe.

First and foremost the application process was swift and straightforward. As soon as I did my drug test the next day I was called to arrange a day to fly out to the terminal. Once I had arrived at the airport I was ordered an Uber to pick me up to go to orientation. Great equipment and great miles! No forced dispatch which is great.
