I love dealing with Units. I called for my second container at 10 am and by 1:30pm they set my new container and loaded up the full one. It has been an absolute pleasure working with Units through this move. Exceptional customer service, great equipment and it’s really fun to watch them load and unload containers!

Overall the service was great! Prices were good and their unit selection and terms are good as well. The driver was fantastic at working with me and making sure everything was taken care of too! The real star of the show though, in my opinion, is the machine they use to load and unload their pods. Using it, they were able to easily steer and position two 12x8 pods I had rented onto a small portion of land without much issue! Most other companies only have these large arms on their trucks or something similar to load and unload their pods (this was quite important to me given the limited space I had), so positioning can be quite cumbersome and will either tear up part of your lawn, or not be doable in the first place. With their little machine loader though, UNITS was able to make tight turns and maneuvers to quickly and easily place my pods where I needed them to be. The only reason I'm giving this review a 4/5 and not a full 5 star rating, is because their website and scheduling process could use some work. I had to go to another website entirely, Youtube, to see how they loaded and unloaded their units so that I could determine if they'd be able to put my pods where I needed them to be. Shockingly, this isn't something that is shown clearly on their website, especially when their solution is light-years ahead of what the competition has! Also, there isn't much space to provide a detailed comment for the driver when scheduling a drop-off online. I was only given about 16 characters to make a short comment. This should really be extended for people that find themselves with more extra-ordinary setups. Looking past these two things, this company really is quite a bargain for what they're offering. Look to UNITS Moving and Portable Storage next time you need a storage solution!

I've had a great experience with Units so far. Getting everything set up with Matt was a breeze, and he was patient and helpful with all of my questions. Angel delivered my unit today and he was kind, professional, and courteous. Their help has really eased the burden in a stressful time in my life. I could not recommend units more highly.
