At first I was going to use Pods or Packrat, but then google popped up Units and it was local in Denver! After reading reviews I gave Units a chance. Paul and Doug have been awesome to work with. I'm not usually a complicated customer but unfortunately a few things happened out of my control with landlords and what not. Paul and Doug were very accommodating and helped me get situated no matter what. The Unit itself was clean and study, definitely weather proof. It rained hard every few days when we had it and absolutely no water leaked in. We had it delivered, we packed it, they then picked up, and redelivered to the new address, we unloaded it and then they picked up their empty container, all for one price, no secret fees or anything like that. Units is also very unique in their delivery system, it is like a miniature fork lift with wheels that go under the unit and they can remote control it into the spot you need. This allows for tighter spot drop offs. Pods and Packrat use a big machine that requires a lot more clearance off the sides, which limits drop off locations. This is definitely a family owned place, and they function as one! Amazing experience and will use again in the future.

The folks at Units could not be any better, more professional or Top Notch!! From speaking directly with Paul (the Owner) on a Saturday afternoon when so many other competitors are closed, to scheduling the myriad drop offs and pickups with Debbee (Office Manager) our move required to watching Doug (the Driver) maneuver that AWESOME rig and remote control Unit mover, I knew I chose the correct provider. I loved that Debbee would call me the day prior to confirm drop offs and pick ups, and Doug would always call to let me know he was both en-route as well as onsite to deliver or retrieve a container. They worked with my schedule and made sure to let me know of any logistics I didn't think of. Doug always treated my property (both sale and new purchase) with care by placing the Units in the best place to not damage any concrete or block the garage and/or vehicles. Doug even arranged a non-scheduled empty Unit drop off when he saw my movers working faster than I anticipated; this allowed my move to proceed and not stall (every dollar and moment counts when the movers are paid hourly). This team was one element of our move that was A MACHINE and very nice folks, too!! Do not make a mistake and choose anyone other than Units!!

These guys were great all around! Why they're so great: Local company Friendly Excellent customer service Super clean container Units look good (so not an eyesore in front of your house when you have it 4 times longer than the original plan 😂) Matched competitors rate AND they have THE COOLEST remote controlled delivery vehicle that's awesome to watch! Would recommend to anyone needing storage or moving locally!

Top notch customer service is hard to come by these days, but this company has it together better than any other company I've dealt with over the past 5 years. I highly recommend UNITS, and will use them again for future projects.

I had the best experience with using UNITS for my long distance move! I called multiple times with questions and Paul was super helpful and friendly. I cannot recall my delivery driver's name but he was also excellent. Overall, my stuff arrived to my new home in perfect condition and quicker than I was quoted with other companies. I highly recommend UNITS.
