I had a really bad experience with one of the movers in particular. I had some very expensive furniture I asked to be wrapped and he told me he would after he got it in the truck and kept scraping and slamming it against my door and banging on the wood he couldn't get to fit through my door. My personal friends were able to get it inside with out scraping it but this "professional" I paid was uncourteous and destroyed my stuff. After I started to point out he was ruining my furniture he covered my door with a blanket. Why was this not done in the beginning? Very upset about the situation. People work hard for their things and this guy did not care he was damaging it. It made me pretty sad.

About a week ago, Dominique and his Team moved me from Houston to San Antonio and it was brilliant. They were professional, expeditious (on-time and quick), careful and most importantly, they were all courteous and kind. My things were handled as if they were moving their own items. The Unity team was amazing and any move I should need to make in the future will be done by Dominique and his Team. We've already agreed to it. :) Thank you Unity Team and not just for the great work but also the great work ETHIC.

Excellent service 10/10. After a competitor moving company failed to meet their commitment to move me, a friend recommended Unity Professional Movers for my last minute moving needs. The dispatcher was able to get a 2-man crew out to my location within one hour of my request on a very busy SATURDAY afternoon. The movers were very skilled and experienced. With a little assistance, they moved a 10x10 storage unit (which was 85% full) into a 2,500 sq foot house in the same zip code in only 3-hours. Best of all, their hourly rate was LOWER than the advanced booking rates which other competitors offered me. Go with them for your moving services.

Used them when I moved to Houston in 2021 and the service was amazing. Recently moved again within Houston and it took them 7 hours to move out and in 2 bed/bath apartment. I paid over $750 and the two movers who moved me were EXTREMELY slow. We even helped them move stuff. My experience this time wasn’t the best.
