My things were delivered in a mess. Some of my things were missing. It was brand new and still in packets. All I received was the packets not what's inside it. When inquired there was no response. Very irresponsible.

I work at an Optometrist office and the courier NEVER comes. When I say never I mean 2-3 times a working week, if we're lucky. it is super unprofessional since we are a doctor's office. We need our shipments and we need to send things out. Half the time we send our jobs to another lab since this courier is so unreliable. Please train couriers as well to "rearrange" their route. Work smarter, not harder.

This is company is horrible. I work with loan docs which as everybody knows is time sensitive. When I call the office the favorite line used is well nothing was there if it was the driver would have scanned it for delivery. I hope this is the last time our office will use this company. This is not the first time we have had lost documents. If there was a way to give negative starts I would.

Drivers "call in sick" all the time and apparently when they do, good luck getting your things. We pay for 1 day service and there are too many times to count at this point where they don't deliver. RIDICULOUS lousy sham of a poorly run company. We try to work with UPS but our vendors don't want to spend the money on good service so we are stuck with this lousy delivery service. Can't wait until they run out of business.

Pour delivery and bad customer service. Never want to do business with them. Missing packages. Management have no idea what the drivers are doing. I also had drivers are opening mails.
