Broker wouldn't give us a TONU. They emailed us less than 8 hours before pick up canceling the load late at night after 10pm. Driver had already drove over an hour to get there and was sleeping for his ten hour break so he could pick up whenever they opened. Driver checked in before anyone was in the office to see the email. Customer had shipped the product out the day before. Broker gave us the run around because he didn't want to pay the TONU. I told him to give us the same kind of load going to the same location or give us the TONU he said no problem he would get us a load. Then proceed to never call us back or give the TONU. If you are going to said something please back it up.
