I chose Up Front Movers moving from San Fernando Valley to the Antelope Valley. This was my first time using a moving company and I didn't know exactly what to expect. I spoke to Eric on the phone who was very nice the movers Caesar, Billy, and Angel we're on time and got to work immediately. They were professional and courteous. No standing around just getting the job done. Caesar was very friendly and made me feel sure that everything would be well taken care of in a timely manner and it was! I would definitely recommend them. Service was great! Chris S.

The actual movers were hard working. Up front Movers are brokers. The day of my move, the movers were 3.5 hours late,no fault of the movers, up front (brokers)did not schedule enough people (4) discussed for my move. The movers themselves had to call and find people to work. After the move I had tried to contact luis, the scheduler from "up front" multiple times to discuss the issues, he never called me back. So, after the move, finalizing payment with the movers, they told me to next time contact "on the go movers", these guys hustle.

I have hired Up Front movers to relocate my apartment items from California to Charlotte, NC. They are absolute un ethical, highly irresponsible movers. They literally damaged and lost all of my expensive items. They are not taking any responsibility of them and not even responding to phone. If you want peace of mind, please don't even think of going with them. The response is tooo harsh from the customer service if we claim for damages or missing items. This is the response from customer care "See you have not taken additional insurance for you items and we can't give more than 0.60 cents per pound even if u go to the lawyer" If those have availed the service by not taken additional insurance from the Upfront movers, you are LEGALLY giving ALL the rights to Upfront Movers to damage/miss your boxes or items. Beware with this movers!!!!!!

I believe I left a review on this horrible Company. We never received calls or emails back. Filed a claim for 30 +/- boxes and furniture and never got a response. The furniture showed up a month later after the first month it took for them to bring us our stuff. Still no boxes and dolly. Not sure what happened and they definitely don't know what happened. It's been so stressful and i haven't called back. They don't answer the calls from us anymore and we get no answers. They either wrongly delivered after stuff, stole our stuff and whatever with it. Pay the high fee and go with a DOT REGISTERED company. That's who they outsourced it too for the state to state move anyway. Don't use them. Heck, moving yourself would be better. Contacted the BBB in hopes they could get a response. The BBB never got a reply from them either. UPDATED. Last call i made there was a different business name for their moving company. Still no word on our magically lost double labeled boxes they picked up in 2 unmarked trucks.
