I recently used Upline for a second move- they did a great job the first time and I was happy to be a repeat customer. Debbie amd the office staff were helpful and attentive. The movers (Melvin, Juan and Victor) arrived on time, were friendly, and took a lot of care wrapping my furniture and loading the truck. They unloaded very quickly and were helpful with basic furniture placement. There are two points which made this a 4 star rating. One- the office closed early on Saturday, so the move was charged at the estimated time and not the actual total time. This meant I had to coordinate a refund later. Second, due to a limitation with my property, I couldn't be in the apartment during unloading, so a lot of the boxes ended up in the wrong room and some of my furniture ended up buried under boxes. I haven't been able to unpack quickly because I can't move all the boxes myself in order to access the buried furniture. However- I think this is a minor issue and overall, I would recommend the company to anyone and I would use them again.

I HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend Upline Moving! Cristian, Esteban, and Victor were absolutely incredible - we truly had the dream team help us move! They were extremely efficient, thoughtful, and held such a positive attitude throughout the entire process. My husband and I are beyond grateful for Upline Moving. They always make our moving experience so seamless and wonderful. Upline Moving is the absolute best!!

John and his entire staff deserve a big thank you for the smoothness we experienced going from Cali to Virginia. I was skeptical at first with the promises and when they said they would be communicating with me all the while during the time we had to wait for the furniture. Well, they kept their word, and we had our furniture in one week. That is darn good considering this was cross country. Thanks again to Upline and John and Debbie and Amber for a job well done.

I needed a long distance move from the East Bay to Granite Bay. I really liked that Debbie was always responsive and she was able to get me into the last available slot in June, which is one of the busiest months. Amber was also helpful with the payment and scheduling. I really depended on the move to be a specific day and start early - they were able to support this very smoothly. Both Debbie and Amber are very friendly! On moving day, Rodney and Darrin were friendly, energetic and fast! And that's what I really needed for the morning. I gave them a walkthrough and pointed out what needed to go versus things that needed to stay. They followed directions very well and got out of the starting destination in about 2.5 hours. They worked efficiently well together. And would stop to ask me questions just in case they missed anything which I appreciated. Great crew when they can enjoy themselves and still be productive. Nice energy. Upline Moving has good customer service and yes, I would use them again.
