Two stars for a convenient idea. Not all employees know how to process UPS package drop offs. My packages have also been sitting at this location for days waiting to get picked up. Regret not going to a UPS store directly.

Easy peasy, return happened at the regular checkout register. Will give you a text or emailed receipt. My box was already taped closed with the return barcode label attached. They did not have the option to scan QR codes (UPS return from Amazon) so I couldn’t return that type of package at this location.
