The movers were hard working doing the job with .diligence.. Parking was difficult the parking lot at the building was being resurfaced, I had not been let know until after booking. My former property manager was exceptionally demanding and cantankerous with the hired movers causing considerable additional time. When the truck arrived I was asked if I was still paying cash. I was honest and apologized explained what had happened making a promise to pay any balance with the next check offering to sign a promissory note. At this point there had only been one minor concern due to personal logistics and excessive heat wave I had asked the pickup time be changed from 11:30 to 8:30 Mike told me he would have to check and would get back to me in an hour. He either got busy or distracted we all do occasionally, didn't let me know. Later in the day I contacted not knowing used the original booking time Mike got short with me. Mike deliberately retaliated against me for the landlady's behavior. Other than the couch and bed EVERYTHING ELSE was thrown into the garage. Physically throwing boxes clearly marked fragile. I was not supposed to have seen that there was at least one box on the truck when they closed the door. I believe that US EAGLE MOVING COMPANY is owed some additional funds not the almost $400 Mike told me he would trust me for. The amount of money given was 1 1/2 of estimated quote, it will take month's before all damages can be calculated, the quality of the end product. Unless you have abundant cash your property will be damaged or stolen by US EAGLE MOVING COMPANY.. APOLOGIZE FOR THE LENGTH. SRY UNABLE TO UPLOAD PHOTOS.

The team was amazing in helping us remove junk from our closing retail location. They were quick and took on some big fixtures and still managed to fit everything! We truly appreciate the hard work! Thank you!

Do not, under any circumstances, use this company. I carefully listed every item I had and was quoted $3000 for my move. On the day of the move, I was told I had to pay an additional $2,000 or they would just leave. I was near tears trying to figure out how I fell victim to a bait and switch and in this vulnerable position, I had absolutely no recourse but to agree to pay it. The Better Business Bureau is investigating and I’ve filed a complaint with the Florida Attorney General. I had no more than I told them I would have, yet they said my move took up more “cubic space” than estimated (which makes no sense because i even had far fewer boxes and NO extra items.) Unless you want a surprise on moving day of an 80% increase to the price, (which you have no choice but to pay at that point) RUN from Eagle Movers. Bait and Switch rip-off artists.
