Daniel Morales (Broker) does not pay detention. He will give you the run around then say that paperwork was supposed to be submitted 24 hours after delivery. Paperwork was submitted as soon as the load was delivered. It’s amazing how MacroPoint “must” be accepted so they can track in and out times at shipper and consignee, but when it comes down to it they still don’t pay detention time when you’ve made it on time for you’re appointment. This is bad business I’ll never book another load with you crooks and I’ll be sharing the info to my social media account

U.S Express company in financial crisis & dispatcher brokers are encouraged to goige out from drivers with every penny. My Detention pay denied. Saying BOL show 2 min late over appointment time. I was arrived 10 min before appointment time & had to wait in line to check in. U.S Express Mist be cash strapped now and being creative in saving Money (what Detention pay?)

Booked a load with Daniel Morales he told us that the freight is palletized we need to block and brace at the shipper. We agreed and we went to the shipper. When we arrive there we realize that it is actually baled aluminum and it will damage our trailer so we refuse the load. Daniel did not want to pay us TONU and he completely lied about the freight. We will not use this guy ever again. Try to avoid him if you don't want to run for free. US Xpress should have better representative then Daniel for sure!!!

Booked a load with Matt, waited for 2h for rate con,called him repeatedly within those 2h, he didn't answer, and finally when he answered he told me "they" got it covered and that he tried calling me. Yeah right! Great business conduct.
