Please be aware of the poor services provided by US Prime Movers & VanLines, Inc. I strongly advise you to avoid using either of these companies as their communication, ethics, and professionalism are unacceptable. They are only interested in taking your money and misrepresenting themselves as reputable companies. I had to face a lot of trouble dealing with these companies regarding customer care. If you want your belongings to arrive in good condition, please think twice before using their services. You can review the attached images to see how badly they can damage your belongings. When I contacted US Prime Movers to report the damages, they responded via text message and not a direct call. As an intelligent reader, you can read between the lines. The response: We checked the images. I wanted to make sure you know. We handle customer items like our own. But unfortunately damages might happen during cross country move. I even damaged my own chair when I was moving my office desk from one room to another. I just checked in our system that you have basic liability insurance. That means you don't have to pay Premium or Deductible. Therefore all claims will be calculated as FREE insurance $0.60 per pound per article, We value your time so I wanted to offer 2 options. -We can send you $75 to close the your claim or -We can send you a claim form to open with a 3rd party claim process company process can take up to 90 days to complete the settlement.

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY! They have very poor communication. When they finally showed up at my house at 3:30pm they immediately tripled the price of the payment. At this time my house is going to close the next day and I had no choice but to pay their demands. Now I am in a new state and staying in a hotel waiting weeks and weeks for them to deliver my stuff. Finally I get an email that they are going to deliver my stuff on Sunday. This time the truck actually showed up on time, but with only 1/2 of my stuff. Boxes were damaged and the things inside were broken, the few pieces of furniture that I did receive were dented and not on the corners where you would expect damage but in the middle of my dresser. The head mover refused to put the furniture together and said that the next crew would do that. A heavy mirror and frame were just set on top of my dresser and when I was putting something into the dresser this heavy piece fell on top of me. It has been a month now and they are not letting me know what is going on. Since they are keeping 3 big screen tvs and other expensive items after checking, I can charge them with robbery.
