I used to think that this was a great company. The first time went well...so well, we used them again. The second time, They showed up late, we rescheduled with an assurance that they would be on time, again, they were late. My mother is in a wheel chair and unable to walk. I live in Georgia, she lives in California with a caregiver to assist her. Yesterday, my mother had a doctor's appointment...they arrived on time, but went to the wrong address. Once dropped off, she was dropped off "across the street" from her appointment. Caregiver had to wheel her across the street. Her appointment was quick, with a pick up time of 3:15pm...they said it was supposed to be 3:30pm...4 hours later, after calls to them every 20 minutes asking for the status of her pick-up, and them stating that someone was on the way, I requested the text that they send where you can track them...the App gave me an error message each time...so then called and got a man named Richard...he proceeded to tell me that there was an "emergency" transporter at my mom's location (mind you I'm in Georgia so unable to verify) and will be walking into the lobby "right now" to retrieve my mom (The doctor's office has now closed, it's after 5pm). Care give looks, no such action is happening. I was lied to...so I had my mom's caregiver wheel her across the street to the emergency room so that we could find some type of help. There was nothing that we could do...my 88 year old mother, in a wheel chair, border line dementia, in her gown, soiled diaper and bed coat, waiting for someone to pick her up and safely deliver her home, waiting over 4 hours for a transport, to this day, still has not called to inquire about my mother and if she ever got home...remember I live out of state. After an hour, they could have said they had no one...I could have called someone else, but now, it's dark, it's late, and those options that would have been available to us, have closed...They are not a caring company...I would never trust them again...also, I have been owed a credit for a canceled trip...was told it would be 7-10 days it's been over 20 days...I was also assured that I would get an email about a credit, which has never been received...another bald face lie. They lie to your face, they lead you on without any intention of carrying through, they leave the elderly to fend for themselves...I wouldn't trust them.

I'll bet that no one had the sweet ride that I did. They picked me up earlier than most of the transportation companies I ride with on a weekly basis. Both the driver and the helper were very nice and friendly and funny. I would love to ride with them all of the time. What a great start to my day!

The worst! Kaiser uses them for transport but they are ALWAYS late and my dad has missed appointments because of this. He had a surgery today and like always, they called me to let me know they were running late. They were trying to pick up my dad 10min before his surgery appointment! That’s was not enough time.

My dad is bed bound, and needed an appt to Kaiser he also has dementia. Both the driver and the back up medic were pleasant, had music playing not loud. Talked to my dad calmly while I squared things away with the reception people. They are on the expensive side. 400 dollars for pick up, stay and drop off, but you can’t really put a price on something like this. If you need it, it has to happen then you do it.

Fitch and Santos were amazing; they were kind, efficient, and very accommodating. I'm grateful for their assistance with my disabled daughter.💗
