DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!!! This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Broke over $2500 worth of my belongings, took no responsibility, made me pay over Venmo so I can’t take them to court for the money and refuse to answer the phone despite signing a contract agreeing to pay .60 cents on the dollar for any damages. Pictures of damaged items included below. Pictures were taken when my items were dropped off to me while the mover was still there. After all of this- their movers proceeded to not ask but DEMAND a gratuity tip from me 3 times over the course of them moving my stuff in (which I still paid by the way)!

USA Moving did a tremendous job. They arrived on time despite of being a rainy day and they drove a full size truck. The team was fast, worked nonstop and followed all the instructions I gave without attrition. Upon arrival to my new place they protected the carpet before moving the furniture in. For a seamless moving experience, this is the company you want to work with.

Hello! I do not usually post anything but felt compelled to share with everyone what an outstanding experience I had yesterday with USA movers. The team of four men who came could not have been more professional, courteous, helpful, and careful with our belongings. They were on time, prepared for the unexpected, and handled four flights of stairs with ease. USA Moving and Storage did a truly outstanding job. They took the stress out of moving. Simply put - best movers we have ever hired. My only regret is not using them in the past. They're professional, on time, and did the job they promised. They don't mess around and everything was professionally packed, carried and dropped off with no broken items and placed exactly were we wanted it without questions. Lets just say a stress free move and a first for us.

I loved working with them; every step was easy and confident. Scheduling a move was simple. We had an urgent need to reschedule our move and that took all of three minutes to arrange. They moved three different pianos and their team was excellent! I was very much impressed with how much they wrapped each with protective blankets, tape, and wrapping plastic. They were extremely careful to not slide a single thing protecting the floors. Every aspect was professionally done. I'd gladly use them again and recommend them to others.
