This car dealership is AWFUL. I purchased a car from them in May 2017 and have had nothing but problems since then. When I bought the car, I was told it came with a 90 day warranty that covered anything & a 2 year transmission warranty. Well, 2 weeks into having the car, it rained super hard. I got into the car to go to lunch and it was leaking everywhere! Water was coming in through the air vents in the back of the car and the inside of the roof was covered! I immediately called them and they told me they had no mechanic on site for another few weeks (the one they had quit) so I waited, never got a return call. 3 weeks passed, I called again, and same story- the new mechanic they had quit. This went on for months and by then my "90 day warranty" had ran out but I had originally made the complaint well before that time, so I continued to call. Never any resolution until I told them I would not pay anything else.They had a man come pick up my car and said all would be fixed. It was down there a month before I had to call them- they never bothered to call me until my payment was due & realized they still had my car!! When I went to get it, I was given the run around yet again about me paying what I owed before they would let me have the car! I ended up paying because I needed a vehicle. When I got the car back, not only are the leaks worse, but they took the shocks off of the trunk leaving my trunk unusable (it's an SUV) & the leaks - they now come out of the roof & run down the inside of the windshield, soak the inside of the roof, run down the sides of the doors, leave humongous puddles in the floor and you can hear the water sloshing around inside the top of the car. All these people do is lie and take your money. They swear they care about the customer, but they only care about their paycheck. They didn't fix my car at all, only made it worse and on top of all that, have charged my credit card without my approval twice!!

I purchased a car last week! Put down 1500.00! Had the car only one week and now the transmission is no good! They keep talking about I purchased it “AS IS” but they knew they fixed the car to only drive off the lot! These ppl are bogus and those cars are trash! You take ppl hard earning money just to sale a trash car! Read the reviews! I should have read them before going there! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE

If you are African American / Black Please Do Not Shop Here!! These Colombians are so disrespectful and racist the only thing they see is green they sell shotty cars, i was told by a former Hispanic customer that they use your information for other purposes that help other people get into vehicles the owner and employees are dismissive and disrespectful I record the conversations when paying my bill and have my friends translate and they speak horrible about non Hispanic customers, these people are rip offs who can I report them to!!
