I Have been working with the guys at Universal Movers LLC hand in hand for the last couple of months. It has been an absolute pleasure - They are incredibly professional, polite and run a great operation. They showed up when they said they would show up. Wrapped all the furniture. On delivery day they showed up on the delivery day. Unwrapped everything, placed it where I wanted it. Took all the wrapping material. It was as though I never moved at all. Zero evidence of it. I would definitely use them again

Universal movers was great. They helped us move out of our 1 bedroom apartment. They showed up on time (like 5 minutes in to their scheduled window), were super efficient and careful, and were friendly and easy to work with. I'd very much recommend them.

Watch out if you use this company. They’ll randomly code all your stuff as damaged at the place of origin so that way they don’t have to pay anything when stuff arrives actually damaged. There’s a ton of our stuff that got damaged and on the paper some of our brand new appliances were put down as badly worn or cracked? There’s not a single thing wrong with them still. (Luckily). Worst moving experience and worst company to use. Looking at all the damage codes on the paper you would think they moved a homeless camp!!! Just stay away from these guys.
