Best experience ever! We were headed to Saint George pulling our travel trailer when our tired old Suburban blew the radiator 30 miles in to the trip. The family had really been looking forward to this trip. Once the tow truck got us home, I started searching online for a rental truck options. Honestly, I really didn't think such a thing existed for towing trailers. Until I found this store. I called them and asked, "so... you really rent ¾ and 1 ton trucks? Can I really use it to pull my travel trailer?" The guy said, "Yep, all day long!". The transaction was seamless. Within 15 minutes of being there, they had me set up with a brand new Ford 250 XLT Power Stroke 4x4 that only had 1300 miles on it. It pulled my trailer like a dream. The price was so reasonable too! In fact, I rented from 2 more times after that instead of using old Subby. 1 Ford F250 Power Stroke and 2 Dodge 2500 Cummins trucks. All of them were excellent. Each visit to that store was easy peasy. In and out in no time. I had thought about trading in the Suburban for a new truck, but after doing the math, it is way cheaper to rent these trucks whenever I need them versus dropping $50k + for one. Not to mention the insurance, maintenance and depreciation. Plus, I get to drive a brand new truck each vacation, come home and give them the keys back until the next time. No brainer! I try and tell all my RV buddies about it. I am a fan for life, Enterprise!

Jace and Robb were extremely professional. The day before I was supposed to pick up a truck rental, I received a call from Jace explaining to me that there had been a mistake with the original reservation. He told me that they had corrected the mistake and that everything had been take care of. When I showed up to pick up the rental they provided excellent customer service - very friendly and welcoming. Thanks to their professionalism, I would recommend the Orem branch over any other rental location in the state.
