**final update** 8.12.24 My car has been delivered successfully! The owner contacted me with quotes for the small repair on the roof of my car and I was able to visit their recommended shop for a final estimate and take that to a shop of my choice that I have worked with before. Once the shop sent over an invoice to the owner everything was smooth sailing and my car is currently being repaired. I will continue to use and recommend this Uzhaul Transportation in the future thanks to their willingness to work with me to make sure my experience is everything it should be! **update** 8.10.24 After posting my review I was contacted by the previous person I was in communication with and the owner and they apologized as they were having difficulties with their phone lines and offered to look into the damage of my car and to set up my return trip with a discount for the inconveniences. The driver has been very kind and the company is currently looking for a shop for my small repair after my car is delivered! 7.15.24 I have used this company before and never had issues but this last delivery was inconvenient as the drivers did not speak english and since my car was delivered covered in mud there was small damage to the roof of the car that I did not see until I was able to wash the car and that the drivers did not point out to me upon drop off. I did take pictures of my car before pick up to verify any damage during transport. I was still hoping to use this company to ship my car back but have been unable to get in contact with anyone for almost a week and have decided to go with another carrier for communication reasons.

The company (specifically the driver) took detail pictures of my car before shipping and kept me updated hours before arrival. There was two extra scratches that weren't there before, but nothing major. Hence, I was satisfied with delivery (MD-TX).
