When my wheelchair accessible van broke down I was desperately calling services in lane county No other company with wheelchair accessibility would help me after 5 pm (after hours). It was 5:30 by the time I was referred to and got in touch with VK Secure Transport. The owner, Vi Jay called a driver who had just finished his work day but he graciously agreed to meet my daughter and her caregiver at ARC where they were waiting for me to pick them up.
