The bus itself is useful. But they do not take cards anymore even though the info center at the Fresno Airport, the bus pamphlet, online, and in the bus itself, says they do. And the driver on 1501 did not want to wait for me to run in and grab cash at the atm right inside the airport door. Luckily someone on the bus offered to cover us or we would have had to wait another 2 hours for the next bus.

I ride the VLINE about 3-4 times a week. There’s no reason to pay $10 for children. “Just because they take up a seat”. There’s usually a bus right after the one you’re on anyways? Even though the seats aren’t even close to being full? I ride with my partner and child that’s $60 just to get to appointments, school, family gatherings, and back. Which is ridiculous. There are no change cards or change to be returned sometimes the machine eats money and when it does YOU have to go to the city of Visalia to get the money returned, just another trip back for a few bucks stolen from you. Some bus drivers are nice and friendly others are rude. Some take off before the scheduled time to leave. If I miss the 4:00pm bus at the Visalia transit because I’m coming from the 11x that’s taking forever because of traffic on the freeway. I would have to wait until 6:30pm for another bus!! A whole two hours and a half time of wasted in the transit with strange people who aren’t even riding the bus. Some bus drivers turn off a row of lights when it’s dark, others leave them on and the ride is unpleasant for those who have to wait until the last stop. My child is still tired at 5:45 am on riding the bus to take her to school, why are all the lights on? Very visible to the traffic passing by also. Many drivers stop at the airport when nobody requested it and waste more time just to sit there for 10 minutes instead of cutting down the drive time to the next stop. Overall the vline is a great option for point a to b, but poorly designed schedule and money eater. Please work on a cheaper option and a better time management schedule.

Amazing and professional service! Have been taking V-LINE since the beginning of service! Buses are equipped with free Wi-Fi, USB chargers, luggage racks, night lights, vents, and other amenities! Prices are affordable and great connection between Visalia and Fresno. Drivers are nice and punctual! Highly recommend taking V-LINE! 👍

It was a good inexpensive travel experience for me to visit my girl in Fresno. The bus leaves on time when it says it is departing.

I had a flight on the 12th of April in Fresno so I thought it'd be a great idea to take the V-Line. The driver pulled up, got out of his bus, got a drink and took off. I was standing in front of the doors with my backpack on and a pet carrier. He couldn't have missed me. The driver never even opened his doors. I went inside to tell the woman behind the counter and she called him and he had the nerve to say he was early and sat there and waited for passengers. Ended up spending $60 on a Lyft to get me to Fresno.
