From the very first phone call of my initial inquiry, the folks at Valet Movers were professional, courteous, prompt, and efficient. Liz on the phone was wonderful, and Jason was incredibly kind, helpful, informative, and professional. The two gentlemen that packed the apartment up, Tim and Brian, were great! They were very mindful with our belongings and took great care when packing them up. They made sure our items arrived at our storage unit, safe and sound and unloaded them with the same efficiency and care that they used when packing them up. They had a very tight space to get into when backing the truck up, and they did it with precision and skill, on the first try! Huge thanks to Jason and his amazing staff for doing such a great job and making this a stress free process!

These guys deserve every single 5-star review they receive and more. The dedication and care they put into moving my mom is priceless and is more than can be merely conveyed in a Google review. Over the course of 3 days, they packed my mom's entire life from TX to CT and moved her up. Jason and Chris were SO efficient with how they moved almost 40 heavy boxes and a ton of heavy furniture into a smaller apartment. They were super careful and quick. But what really stood out was how they were very patient and kind with managing expectations with my mom, showing that they truly saw her as more than just a customer. Can't recommend Valet Moving Services enough! They are communicative, kind, and professional!
