Valley Custom Moving and their crew Conner and Chad went above and beyond! They arrived on time, and were ready to work! They were cheerful, courteous, worked with us, reassured us when we didn’t think our items would fit and never once said no. They packed the truck like a puzzle and was sure that everything was wrapped and secured. They finished earlier than we thought and took off leaving us scratching our heads wondering how they made the process so easy and stress free for us! They delivered all our items from Nor Cal to Boise, and unloaded the truck to our storage unit without a hitch! Their pricing was super reasonable and truly would recommend them to anyone moving to the Treasure Valley. Thank you Valley Custom Moving, well done!

Donovan and Sean did an amazing job. They were on time, friendly, professional and efficient. All of our things arrived in good condition and nothing broke! I was so happy to discover Valley Custom Moving! I was full of apprehension and was stressed out at the amount of work it took to pack all my belongings. But every worry I had about the moving process was addressed immediately and clearly by Corey; he really helped set my mind at ease. I could not have asked for better movers. They were efficient, fast and also answered any question I had. Donovan and Sean went above and beyond anything I expected from a mover, including good suggestions when I was feeling overwhelmed. Such a great pair of guys! I highly recommend them and will use them if I move again. The price was fair, too. Thanks Corey, Donovan and Sean!!!

Valley Custom Movers exceeded our expectations! This was our first move out of state. We had a lot of questions and concerns but they answered them all. They made certain we had what we needed and they delivered exactly what they promised. You just don’t get better customer service than that! Everything went smoothly. We will definitely use them again and highly recommend them!
