David was wonderful the tow truck driver. He was there quick after I call the AAA service. He got me home and assisted me and diagnosing the problem. Even recommended mechanics to fix the problem. He's my only choice here in the valley and I definitely am happy with that choice.

So, I found out last month (Around Oct 12th) that they had a car I wanted coming up for sale this month. (On Nov 7th) I don't live in the valley so I sent my dad & brother (on different occasions) over to talk to the owner & possibly put some kind of deposit on said car. When they talked to him he told them both that he don't like to talk about cars until the lean comes up & for them to come back on the 7th when said lean was final. I was there first thing on the 7th. I was there even before the owner arrived. When he showed up I asked him about the car I wanted. At first he told me that he let someone who worked across the street put a deposit on it a few days ago. (Before the lean was even up mind u) then thru talking with him about other possibilities I found out that no deposit had been make. It was just his friend looking for a car for his daughter & he wanted to give said friend 1st dibs. Even tho I was there willing to get the car. It's supposed to b on a first come first served basis with tow yards about cars they have coming up for salr. I'm very upset by the way this business owner handled this situation. He refused to talk about the car with my family before the lean was up but gladly talked to his "friend" about it & even refused $ from me while expecting his friend to come get it. I was in a bad car accident in January in my pilot & I really wanted to replace it with another pilot. So this is very upsetting to me.

Still the best towing/impound yard around.the owner is very friendly.if I was to get my car or truck impounded I would really rather valley towing was the company that it was going too..dave will work with the locals so they can have a chance to have there vehicle back..dave is hella awesome and hope he keeps up the good work...thanks valley towing

Dave is great. My 23 year old son was stranded near Gazelle with a blown out tire and a spare that was locked down without a key, late on a Saturday night, hundreds of miles from home (Washington State), and after a full work day Dave agreed to go out of his way to give him a hand. Thanks for going the extra mile - literally!
