AND THEY KEEP CALLING!! STOP. Really unnecessary issues, received a call from them and even after we mentioned we were not interested, the caller continued to contact us. Eventually I had blocked them on WhatsApp and he called back being upset about it. Sorry if customers do not want to be continuously bothered. He said “I cannot use my account anymore because of you”. If other people blocked, they had their reason to as well. One person blocking you shouldn’t make your account inactive, many other people had to have blocked that account for that to happen. Please train your callers better instead of having them blame people who merely don’t want to be spammed. And from looking at these reviews… makes sense why he couldn’t understand the simple concept of not wanting spam messages.

Not trust worthy at all. PLEASE AVOID AS MUCH AS You can. They Put in Rate confirmation weight as 10000 but in reality it’s over 53000. Then they put wrong information about the address. Had me transport a heavy tanker through the mountains with my own truck. When I get there to the exact address I tried calling the receiver, no one is answering, No signs, no information, a huge hill, very very narrow roads. After waiting for an hour at the exact location in the RC, I decided to drop the the tanker to get out of there after my dispatcher said so, then one person shows up out no where screaming at me then it kept getting worse after that….. Please don’t work with these guys. They’re not honest and they don’t know what they’re doing.

Booked load with them, but never got rate confirmation. They told me to wait 10-15 minutes, then they said another 10-15 minutes. When i called them again they said that they booked by mistake three cars, but they only have two loads from that place. I do not recommend this company!

I cannot say very bad about broker except fact that he was bother us every 30 minutes for driver location it was very annoying…. They should use macro point!! but accounting department the worst ever. I had ask for payment whole week and the guy from there laid me every day “ it will be process today “. GUESS what…. It wasn’t.

CARRIERS STOP. DON'T BOOK LOADs FROM THIS SCAMMER. One of the worst Indian scammers that does not speak English communicates only by email using a translator). Does not pay money for loads, they always promise that they will pay within 24 to 48 hr but doesn't do that. Double brokerage through his other company.
