I confirmed with this company that they would be picking us up for $150 and taking us to sfo airport 5 days ahead of time. I texted them the address’s and info . Spoke with him on the day of travel and confirmed the appt, they said they have no travel reserved for us and they didn’t get the info. I reconfirmed the info and sent them the info via txt again! They confirmed they would pick us up at 8:15pm. 8:30 rolls by; i call them and the guy who answers the phone tells me that I didn’t send the address and they didn’t send a shuttle to pick us up. I confirmed the txt with him and it was in fact sent twice! He got mad at me and hung up. I called him back and told him how unprofessional he was and he left me hanging right before I was supposed to take off for an international flight! He didn’t care. The most unprofessional and unreliable company! DONT USE THEM unless you want to get stranded! (By the way, our party was 10 people so you can imagine how easy that was to last minute 4 Lyft cars.
