Once again they let me down. Scheduled a ride 2 day in advanced with AHCCCS, so there would be no issues (failed me 5 times before)... Driver called the day of pickup, and said she be there in 20 minutes... I got a text letting know, and a tracking link... The link wouldn't open, and when it did 30 minutes later; it said cancelled... I waited outside 5 minutes prior (9:10am) to said pickup time (9:15am) til 9:30pm... My appointment was set for 10am... 92° (forecast 114°) weather... NEVER RELY ON VEYO... They won't take blame for late, or missed appointments... They don't even deserve 1 star...

The MTM buyout of Veyo in AZ has SCREWED the medical client. No more text alerts of driver arriving. Not given a timeframe pick up window. Marked as a No Show while waiting outside at pick up location. Automated phone service not working properly and difficult time getting a live person. I've filed three complaints with my Insurance company regarding this service.

Veyo drivers constantly pretend to pick me up, when I have transportation scheduled. They don't call when they arive, or locate my building number and apt number, even though it says to call upon arrival and what my apt number and building number is. Instead they ghost the ride when I never got in their vehicle and commit insurance fraud, driving their vehicle all the way to my dr when I never got in the vehicle! There's no way to reach a person at veyo to report their driver so I missed another appt today!

Veyo should have an age limit. Having elders pick you up with an oxygen tank is unprofessional. What makes it worse is when they physically go in your doctor office yelling your name from the door when they’re 5-7 people in the waiting room. Especially when they just called you 2 minutes before saying they’ll be arriving. Veyo drivers need to be more professional. Even if it mean waiting in your car for the person to come out.

A LOT of the drivers are reckless and I NEVER feel very safe on the freeway or even main streets. They stare at the Driver App the whole time, all while asking me where to turn next?? I suggest more safety and HIPAA training as well. They ask VERY personal questions. There are few good drivers, and they should be trainers.
