Last time using this company. They are not reliable at all they keep saying the items go missing in DR when the barrels or boxes go into customs. It’s really sad some of us if not all we work very hard to send things back home and they steal from us. This is not the first time that this has happened to me sending with this company. What a shame Vegano. Please avoid sending through this company at all costs unless you want your items stolen from your barrels/boxes

This company has no professionalism or respect for their customer. I waited over a week for a shipment to be picked up, and when they finally came, they end it up breaking a brand new stair that was replace in my home just the previous month. This was all due, to the irresponsibility of the delivery man rushing the job. His own partner told him to wait and get the handle with the wheels and they would do it together, he was in such a rushed, he took the barrel, step by step causing damage in all the stair, and midway the stairs he dropped it, causing the final steps of the stairs completely to break. The delivery man was conscious of his error, and told myself and my landlord that he would report the incident to the office, from that day on, I called constantly to speak to the supervisor, and for a whole week he avoided my call, it was not till yesterday, he finally response, and told me I was responsible of what happen since I permitted them in my property. What was I supposed to do, I paid for a service, I did not pay for them to come damage my property. The worst part was his superior tone and lack of understand, constantly he just repeated it was my fault, not once did he apologize for the incident or try to find a solution.

I have been using the services of Vegano Shipping for a few years now, I've sent a few boxes of clothing and boxes of cannned foods for my family and friends in Dominican Republic,I have also sent bicycles and furniture,all my items have arrived to Dominican Republic in a timely manner and intact all for a reasonable price.Vegano Shipping is a very reliable company.

Horrible service! Sent a shipment to DR and it has been over 4 weeks and still waiting for it to arrive. The customer service is absolutely ridiculous everytime we call to find out when is going arrive they give a different story. This company is so unreliable is disgusting. This is the first and the last time I use them. NEVER AGAIN!

1 out of 5 stars I'll give them a negative 20, Worst place ever , bad customer service, my father been using there service for over 15 years so I decided to give it a try , wont recommended it to my enemy. Has been literally a week waiting for a shipment to be picked up call the office and their secretary doesn't want to be bother and rather give out numbers to reach out to there employees instead of being on top of them.
