Excellent service once again! I used Vhaul Movers for my move within Oshawa 2 years ago and was really impressed by their service. Hence, I have recently used them once again when I had to move out of Oshawa. The service has remained excellent. My movers were Abbas and Mohamed – they were very courteous, hard working and treated my belongings with great care and respect. Thanks again for your help!!! Definitely recommend.

WORST EXPERIENCE - don't use these guys and ESPECIALLY do not trust them to move your animals - was told they had experience with moving cats cross country, cut to them LOSING my cat in some parking lot in scarborough ontario for over 12 hours I had to call a friend from toronto (as i was in Vancouver)to go and find my cat. when they got to the parking lot an employee waved them over to the lot and then said he was going on lunch break. no help at all and my friend found the cat right away which makes me wonder how hard they were even looking for him? PLUS never reimbursed us for the service that was never finished (the cat went to my friends place until we could bring him home via plane - another 1500 dollars gone) rude, confusing, and obviously didn't have the know how to transport animals as they mentioned leaving the cat loose in the moving truck (so unsafe!) - overcharged triple of what was quoted - never reimbursed us or explained the charges - no times were given as to when they would arrive at second location - when they dropped our car off, we had to give the driver a ride to the ferry (he didnt know where he was?) And a bunch of garbage (including moldy pizza) was left In our car - impossible to contact the CEO or company, they would actively drop our calls - cherry on top is that we somehow ended up with another familys old photos, they look important! long story short don't trust these guys, don't give them any credit info as they WILL overcharge your card. worst communication, worst experience ever. don't trust them with your belongings and definitely not with your pets. Its a scam and unfortunately me and my family fell for it. reported to the better business bureau and the police UPDATE Got our furniture out of storage and found that my grabdmothers sewing desk has been totally destroyed, bits are snapped off and the sewing machine is now completely unusable, thanks vhaul! Again just reiterating, we trusted this company and not only did they take advantage of that and TRIPLE CHARGED US, but they also destroyed my furniture, lost my car, and left garbage in my car

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! Do not use this company!!! Not reputable!!! THEY ALSO BOOK THROUGH 3rd party M & N movers. They were a hour late, on top of that they sent 3 men ( we asked for 2) making us pay for 3 .. when advertised said 3rd man free! They charged $140 a hour for all 3 men when on the original invoice was $120. They charged $350 for 4 stairs. When this wasn’t discussed. They charged 3 men to drive 2 hours ( $840) their hourly rate. I will be reporting them to the BBB. And will be notifying the police of this business, it’s a scam. The Owner “ Mr Van” should be ashamed of himself for doing this to working people.

The gentlemen arrived on time and were very friendly, knowledgeable and strong. They wrapped our furniture, laid floor protection mats on our hardwood and had dollies and equipment for our larger pieces. They did a really good job and didn’t bang or scratch the walls. I would recommend this company. They were on time, communicated clearly and worked efficiently. Nice people.
