The maintenance team responded promptly, inspected the situation, explained probably solutions. While I was away,(with permission) they did an EXCELLENT job repairing my closet door and cleaned up behind themselves. I am greatful to the entire Maintenance Team for perpetually doing an excellent job in MAINTENANCE

Overall, I did not enjoy my time living here. I’ve dealt with several issues including being shown a unit and receiving a unit with a completely different layout. Also, maintenance is always doing something above our unit and our water gets shut off very frequently from 8am to 5pm. Another huge problem with this property is the upkeep. The parking lot was never cleaned in the year I have lived here and after weeks of trash on the floor, someone picks it up. The laundry room is always filthy and the apartment is built with very cheap quality. I have to call them all the time to repair something only for it to mess up a month later. The only positive thing I can say about this building and management is that Colin and Mariah are always pleasant and help solve what they can and the business center is nice.

Honestly this is the best place to live. My first place I lived when I moved to LA. Been there for 12 years. Quick maintenance. Lovely neighborhood. I loved this place.

Wonderful and quiet apartment community. I just move-in recently but it’s been a great experience so far. Ellie and Brad from the leasing office were really attentive and made the application and move-in process very easy.

I got a notice on my door Friday AFTERNOON that flooring would be installed “near me”, ON A SATURDAY at 9am to 5pm!! (Not even 24 hours notice). The construction is not only near mean it sounds like it’s right above me and started early at 8:25am. The exterior gate by my unit is UNUSUALLY LOUD, you can hear every time someone comes in and out cause it squeaks and slams shut, so much so it will jolt you in the middle of the night. When a resident moves out they leave their junk and belongings on any empty bench or table around the property as if this place is a pick in pull and it’s not tossed for weeks! I have lived in apartment buildings for years I know what living around thin walls is like… at this property the walls are so thin I can LITERALLY HEAR MY NEIGHBORS SNORING! I can HEAR their phone ALARM buzz in the morning! I can hear the buzzing on their phone so much so, I check my phone to see if I have a notification. There is absolutely no sound barrier here.
