I will never deal with this company again , one damaged can they rejected whole trailer, when they called me to come inside and show me why ,they pointed at 1 damaged can and 1 fruit fly around that one damaged can of juice maybe Ithere was couple more but I didn’t see it I took pics and videos ok policy is one thing but insanity I don’t tolerate, you could have rejected one case or even pallet but rest were clean and had nothing like I said 1 fly that’s all I’ve seen 🤯oh btw guy next to me had 4 pallets rejected as well

I had a very unpleasant experience with ITS. I was on one of their load#1715416 which was hook and drop from Missouri, TX to Palmetto, GA on 10th August. When my driver showed up at shipper on time for pick up. The trailer was not there at all, let alone loaded one. They send me to 30 miles to pick up that empty trailer, telling me they are going to reimburse all that. When my driver brought the trailer back to the shipper, someone was already taking that load. Broker never informed and never paid TONU (truck ordered not used). He did not respond phone calls and emails. He ghosted us.

Great broker to work with. I have all my units covered by them. Our Oho Cargo Delivery Inc based of PA getting always covered with ITS taking round trips or one way straight to south, and west. Will definitely recommend everyone.
