The type of care in my move was bar none the best I’ve ever had, on a moments notice, they moved my place from Tysons, Virginia to San Antonio, Texas. 5 bedrooms! Instead of going with a large moving company, I was thinking about they gave me an individual driver that took care of my items like they own. They even moved my 2 cats and handled them with beautiful care. I was getting pictures and updates even FaceTime the entire drive. I just didn’t want to put the cats on a plane, and Vlad reassured me the care and professionalism their team is used to and I trusted him with my little ones. Save me about 50% and went the extra mile once I established myself I will be sending them a bonus for how quick they moved and how efficient they were. It’s sad to see some of these reviews while I was about to post this for things that look like were not related to the transportation. I’m sorry, but there’s no way these guys don’t compete with the best in the industry. Again they moved a 5 bedroom home, 3 bath and a garage filled with tools and collectibles. Thank you again sir! If I could get zero stars I would. I regret to express my disappointment with the service provided by Vladyslavs Moving Company. Prior to my move, I communicated with Vladyslav regarding the specific requirements of my relocation, emphasizing the necessity of a pickup truck due to the absence of an elevator in my fourth-floor apartment building. Despite my repeated requests, the movers arrived with a large box truck, disregarding my instructions. The team consisted of two movers, one of whom appeared to struggle with the physical demands of the task, (was so out of breath after the first walk up the stairs) and the other undertook all the heavy lifting single-handedly, including transporting delicate items up the stairs such as my 70” and 65” LG TVs. Regrettably, upon unpacking, both television screens were found to be damaged. Despite attempts to address the issue with Vladyslav, the resolution offered was unsatisfactory, with one TV replaced with a model significantly below the original value, (half the price I paid) and no assistance offered for the second damaged TV, my number was blocked when I asked about making a claim for it! Very rude and unprofessional!! This experience stands in stark contrast to the professionalism and reliability I have encountered with other moving companies in the past. Regrettably, I will never recommend Vladyslav Moving Company to others and advise against engaging their services.

I recently used VKH Movers and I couldn't be more impressed with their services. From the initial booking process to the actual move, everything was seamless and stress-free. The team arrived on time and handled all of my belongings with care, making sure everything was packed and loaded securely. They were efficient and professional throughout the entire process. I highly recommend VKH Movers for anyone in need of a reliable and top-notch moving company. Five stars all around!

Vlad is very unprofessional and entitled. He sent me a condescending message when I declined to use his company because it was a bit over my budget. "We don't work for free." I never expect anyone to work for free and that comment was plain unnecessary. But, I'm glad I dodged that bullet based on some of the reviews. I do not recommend. They can't even be professional when providing a mere quote.

I would give VKH zero stars if possible. To start, the crew showed up with no masks in the midst of a pandemic. The crew broke 2 of my floor lamps (worth $300) and dropped my spin bike creating a dent in the floor and chipping the wood surface of the condo I was moving out of. Before traveling to the my new residence, the driver double checked the travel/traffic time on google maps with me (it was 90 minutes), but they didn't arrive at my house until nearly 3 hours later (as an FYI - it only took me 1 hour to arrive at the new location) and then VKH charged me an additional 1.25 hours of travel time on top of the 3 hours. Once they arrived, they had no disposal shoe covers to protect my carpets, so I had to go out to buy them and provide the crew members with the shoe covers. The crew then asked to take a 45 minute errands and lunch break while they waited for rain subsided. I was told this break time would not be charged, so I agreed. But upon receiving a copy of the itemized receipt the next day, I found out that the time was charged regardless. I reported all these issues to the owner, Valdy, and was told he'd follow-up with me the next day. Three days later, I have sent 2 follow-up emails and placed 2 calls, with no response. Terrible service and very unprofessional. Take my advice, DO NOT HIRE. 9/17 UPDATE: Just finished unpacking my basement and found out these A$$holes also broke my 65 inch flat screen TV- see photos. These SOBs should be sued for fraud and put out of business. Also note, after you speak with the owner, Vlad, about your broken items and move issues, he'll say (and I quote) "people try to complain about their move experiences and get money back all the time, but I'll speak with your move team to find out what happened and call you back tomorrow". Instead, he'll block your phone number and your call will ring straight to voicemail, so you can't reach him again after he doesn't follow back up with you. VKH Movers claims this 'isn't typical of their service' but does NOTHING to remedy their mistakes (yeah right, read through all the reviews, which I should have done more closely, and you'll see this is very typical of their services). So unprofessional. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE SHOULD YOU HIRE VKH MOVERS.
