VL is hands down the best company I’ve ever worked for and have learned alot as a company driver for 2 months and lease op for a year. All the staff members from Inna in HR or Dispatch Manager Rich or the Boss himself, Vic and many more were all very hands on in helping hire me or guiding me thru my experiences whether company or lease and have gained alot of wisdom and made alot of money in a span of a year being here. Horrible experience. Dispatcher resorted to harrassment, namecalling, the works, deployable behavior over 1 hr detention not being paid when his driver was in and out in under 2 hours. Will never work with again. Beware.

I've been a lease operator with VL Trucking for over a year and they are the best company that I have drove for in the 22 years that I've been driving. My dispatcher Tony is awesome, he gets me the loads and money that I need to make me successful. Not to mention all the rest of the office staff who goes above and beyond to help anyway that they can.
