THEY DO NOT PAY!! Do NOT haul for them. My company has not been paid and its been over 90 days. Accounting is out of touch you will never reach them. No replies to emails or phone calls. No stars for this shitty brokerage that doesn't pay in this economy.

We did a load with you and the load was delivered six days ago, But there was a detention and lumper on this load. We paid the 90$ lumper and we also sent the pod with in and out times. But now I am trying to contact your company but no one is answering my calls. I already tried many calls to the broker simran sohal from last week but she is not answering. Very bad serivce provided by the transportation one LLC.

If there is less than a star now, you don't even deserve it, We agreed on a load with a drop trailer at the receiver for 2-3 days of working, we dropped the trailer Monday at 5pm and we should take it Thu at 5pm at max, kept emailing them for the whole week since TUE if they got an ETA for our trailer to be empty, but all they say that we will check and will let you know, then on FRI 430pm they confirmed that our trailer was empty since morning, by the time our driver went there, they told him we close FRI at noon and you cannot pick your trailer till Monday, and they don't want to pay anything for their leak of communication and professionalism while taking our trailer as hostage for a whole week, I don't recommend to work with those guys as they sound nice at the beginning but indeed the have a lot to work on with communication and business manners, and I hope you will find no more good Carriers to haul your loads till you know how to be responsible and professional while doing their job, which literally nothing but calling the receiver and confirm if our trailer got emty or not in the proper time frame, They have someone named Jim , if you found yourself booking with him, just run away, he does not even know how to communicate well or even give an update We put them on DNU and will sue them for what happened prepare your lawyers if you can

Our broker contracted with this company and what a fiasco. The car was moved from Florida to Massachusetts. It was supposedly a 5 day delivery. It took 11 days and this company repeatedly lied regarding the whereabouts of my vehicle. After 4 days, they told the broker the truck broke down. In actuality, the car was still in Pompano Beach, Florida. They then lied about delivery dates and times. We could track our vehicle with an AirTag so we knew they were lying. It took a long of aggravation and a few calls to local police to get our delivery. IF YOU'RE A BROKER AND YOU USE THEM, IT'S A REFLECTION OF YOUR COMPANY AS WELL AS THEIRS.
