Truck I got about 5yrs ago came after a couple months. It does got issues from the get go. Then ran a vincheck, which please do this, came back that my vehicle was a total loss due to THEFT.... I have called insurance guy who did this claim, he avoids me. Weirder thing is, this claim was done 4 months after it was delivered to me. How can this be.

I LOVE Vroom! I had a phenomenal experience buying the car online. I found the car of my dreams, placed the order, paid for it and had it in my possession in no time, delivered to my door! The car is flawless, drives wonderfully! I had no title or tag issues whatsoever! The car is good to drive forever and comes with a 90-day warranty from Vroom to boot!! The car is exactly as advertised and was in perfect condition and fully detailed when it arrived!

I got through the purchasing process after being told by one salesperson that I was only approved to purchase older vehicles, 2012 or older. And then upon working with another salesperson, I was told that the only vehicles that I could qualify for was 2017 or newer, and that car salesperson continued to say that I had not been approved to purchase a vehicle that I had already placed a deposit on. I paid my deposit and down payment, and then afterwards, I came across multiple customer reviews talking about how horrible the “delivery” and “registration” processes were, that I cancelled my transaction after being told that there was no eta for when my vehicle would be delivered to me. My deposit was refunded within a business day. And my Down Payment has seemingly disappeared on my end. And they are claiming that it is still processing, and that I will just have to sit and wait. When asked to provide official documentation to state that it is being returned, I have been told that is not how it works. And that I am just simply going to have to wait. i have reached out and asked to speak to a supervisor, I have been told to simply leave a message with the agent, and they would not pass along. I need to see where my money is. And I need it to be refunded to me.

RUNNNNN!! They are crooks who sell broken cars!!! VROOM IS A SCAM!!!! And they send your car to you with parts falling off!! All 4 of my hubcaps fell off before the car came off the truck!!

I hate leaving bad reviews but Vroom is a trash company with little to know communication with their customers. On July 3rd I purchased a vehicle from them. I never heard from anyone, I would have to call the 1800 numbers to get updated at one point out of the multiple representatives I spoke to, I was told don’t call us we’ll call you. Each representative I spoke to tells me different stories just to get me off the phone. Seems like they work from home being I can hear kids playing and dogs barking. Now I’m stuck paying for a car that I don’t have. The car is fully insured and the 1st payment is due in Aug but the car is in Washington still…. What a joke. So now I’ve been officially waiting on this car for almost a month which is crazy. No emails or card to ease my mind NOTHING!!! I’ve even called and asked to speak to a manager and I’ve been told there’s know managers. This company seemed well put together from their website but please don’t be fooled. I’ve never brought a car and had to wait almost a month 2 receive it. Now I’m nervous will the car have issues. I may look into returning the car at this point whenever it does arrive. They take the fun out of buying a car!!! BIG THANKS VROOM
