Lamar Adams and Tony are excellent. Our move from the SE to the NE was seamless. They created a streamlined process despite some road blocks and surprises. Lamar pulled up with his tractor trailer. Instead of waiting for a laborious and costly solution, he was able to innovate and get into our neighborhood despite all odds. Moreover, he was able to drive his tractor trailer with ease. Between Lamar's leadership and Tony's diligence, these two gentlemen did an excellent job bringing all of our furniture. Also, they were able to deliver our furniture 3 days ahead of schedule! What a WOW experience, indeed! Lastly, we had a heavy and cumbersome couch. Through problem-solving, both Lamar and Tony were able to de-construct and then re-construct our sleeper sofa to get it into our new place! If you want a WOW experience moving, please choose Wade Odell Wade moving, specifically requesting Lamar and Tony.

We used WOW for an interstate move, NJ to PA. We had a relocation consultant from WOW do a walk-thru and give us a cost estimate along with several ideas, tricks, and suggestions on how to make the move easier. Manny and his mover crew came to our home in NJ on a Monday, as scheduled, and loaded the truck. The next day they came to our new home in PA and unloaded. The crew could not have been more pleasant or productive. They never complained, even when we changed the final destination of boxes and/or furniture. They even helped with some furniture layout ideas. The cost of the move came in at the estimated cost. We would definitely use WOW again!

Other than Jim Murphy being awesome the rest of the company is horrible. We had for a long distance move and we have done many before, none with this company though. The coordinator didn’t stay in touch as she should had. The crew was late to show up and nobody could tell me who or when people were supposed to work. The crew leader Luigi wrote down every one of our items was scratched or rubbed which was a lie. At the very end of packing after we observed our couch get ripped we realized he had been doing this. Instead of making him correct all the items we just had him correct our most expensive items to show they weren’t damaged. The packing crew was bad and we had lots of damaged items. The crew that packed our stuff stole a back massager and the driver that showed up late in Florida told me he observed him steal it too. Complete ineptitude on both ends of the move and I ended up having to file claims on tons of items. Also the unpackers they sent me in Florida was a 62 year old disabled man and a 72 year old man that were supposed to carry my stuff to a third floor. They complained and could not have completed the job without me helping. The broke apart my tv stands, stratched my furniture all up and didn’t seem to care. My boxes were crushed coming off the truck. Pathetic, thieves, and incompetent. Very disgusted.

Our move was seamless. From the initial estimate to scheduling our pick up, then the actual pick and final delivery all the WOW team members were great. Great communication! Very professional. No hidden charges. I would absolutely recommend WOW United to our friends. Lamar our driver and support team on both sides were exceptional. They respected our homes and took care with our belongings.

All I can say is WOW! What a wonderful experience with this company - from Jim Muphy's video call where he inventoried all we needed to pack for planning boxes, etc. to Nancy Doyle's coordination and help with my questions, to the crew. Pedro, Juan, Marco, and Junior were calm, friendly, efficient, careful, and so helpful in both packing and loading as well as delivering and placing every piece where I needed it to go so I didn't have to move boxes throughout the new place. I will certainly recommend this company to anyone I know in the NYC area who might need their services! Thanks again so much to the great people of Wade Odell Wade Movers!!
