Horrible company to work for, unless you like working for liars. They expect you to drive over the 11 hours that is allowed and then will write you up. 14 hour days everyday. The dispatchers are the worst, Jen never trust her! Don’t trust this company, they cannot keep drivers there’s a reason for this.

Awesome place to work for. Worked with me on my experience, home everyday, will work with you if you have doctors appointments etc., and dispatchers are great. As long as you do your job and what is expected of you, smoothest place I have ever worked for.

One of the WORST decisions I made in life! I should've left SOONER than I did! Only person in orientation was me and that was a red flag, the owners didn't bother to come down, the access to dispatchers is locked 24/7 (I wonder why?) And they wasn't welcoming at all! No diversity whatsoever, you can get fuel only at certain stations you have to look up in a booklet! Oh I forgot they place negative reviews on your DAC report! I'm unsafe but my record is 99% FLAWLESS. any issued I did have got reported the day of, so I wonder what metrics you use? I DO NOT RECOMMEND this discriminatory place at all! Heads up professional drivers don't even waste your time it's not worth it at ALL!

Phenomenal support on and off the road! If you’re a professional driver that’s been looking for that diamond in the rough company then look no further. Waller Truck checks all the boxes for me. Excellent equipment, pay, home time, super easy app and hiring process and most importantly to me, the way they treat their employees. A quick call to Michelle could change everything for you too!

I had spoke to a former and driver and got the vibe this place isnt exactly a good place to drive for. Forced physicals, no kind of friendly or inclusive atmosphere, and they lie and will put negative marks on a driver DAC information becaue they cant keep a driver on to the b.s. they force on drivers no 401k match, so that's another red flag, you can only get diesel at pre approved locations, and they cant get pre pass access because they safer rating is garbage. Plus lack of diversity is a large red flag for me! I wont bother with a company like this thank you driver you know who you are!
