On October 28, 2022, I purchased a replacement Whistle GPS from Whistle Labs, a subsidiary of Mars Petcare. It is November 7, 2022, and the device has yet to ship, and the Whistle representative can't tell me when or if it will ship. I have called Whistle on four occasions, and no one knows anything. They won't allow me to cancel the order, so I fill have to dispute the charge with American Express. Obviously, I'm very disappointed with the customer service on this matter. I like the device and have been a Whistle customer since 2013.
