Was downsizing from 3 to one bedroom, so I decided to hire help highly recommended by a friend. After talking to Mike (the owner?) on the phone he sold me hiring 3 movers instead of 2 (because it was supposed to be more efficient) and it was very efficient the first 2.5 hours, once they have your stuff in the truck they forget about their job of moving. Because they are paid by the hour, it's in their interest to move you as slowly as possible and that is exactly what was done to me. It took them two days to move one bedroom apartment with a lot of moaning and shaming me how much stuff I have. At the end I had to sleep on the floor in my old apartment, my stuff was who knows where overnight. I was charged not only for labor and supplies but also overnight fee, which was artificially dragged into the all-nighter by 3 very slowwwwwwww movers. The stuff was prepackaged with each room taped on the box, when arrived, the boxes were dumped all in one area and dropped on the floor, like a garbage. The worker were mainly resting in the truck between each move and when I told Mike about it, he told me Im mistaken and they are very good workers. They all work as a team, and they will take advantage of you no matter what. I ended up paying 2.5k for icing one bedroom from Culver City to West Hollywood, with lots of stress and i'm still unpacking because it wasn't properly placed. So get ready when you hire them, they've been in business for a very long time. P.S. if you see the 5star review and the owner have only one or two, that means they are not a real reviews, make your own conclusions. Was contacted by them, and after refusing taking the "compensation" i was sent this letter on Christmas (see the images) and now they try to threaten me with the legal actions.

The guys from Walter's Transfer & Moving were very cool and polite. It was easy to talk to them as they were very approachable and yet very professional. They cared for my things so well, and I appreciate it. The price was also, and I loved hiring them.

No hidden fees, and they came right on time. They moved extremely fast and wrapped up big furniture for me, and my place had four flights of stairs! I was shocked they finished everything in 4 hours only. Would highly recommend this service!

They moved everything very fast, efficiently, and safely. They disassembled and reassembled the furniture. Everything with a great attitude. They asked me where to place all the new boxes and furniture to facilitate unpacking.
