Thank you for getting my Sawtooth Taxi (2001 Subaru WRX) running smooth again! The check engine light started flashing when I was rolling up Donner with my 4 year old in the back, and I started losing power, so I turned around and limped it back to base. My buddy was kind enough to bring it in when I had a family obligation. The folks at Wards were very nice and professional, and got the family Subaru rolling smooth again. Thank you!!

Told me to come in after I called saying there was a growling noise coming from the rear differential of my vehicle. Charged me $90 to drive the car and confirm that there was a sound coming from the rear diff and told me to go to a transmission shop. Won’t be back.

They have been so helpful getting our vehicle safe and ready for winter, and the customer service has been a breath of fresh air. You can tell they really care about their customers, and we love supporting this small business. We also trust their mechanics' judgement, something that is invaluable to us. They treat our car like it's theirs--it's clear they're not just trying to make a buck, but their goal is to keep our car running safely, smoothly, and for a fair price. If something is preventative but recommended, they'll tell you. If you can wait a few thousand miles, they'll tell you that, too. Honestly, I can't recommend it more highly!!
