Jason is the Regional Manager of the Baltimore Ward Transportation Center.. He did AMAZING for our client. We had to leave from Delaware and pick up a delivery via dock. Everything was determined by hours, down to the minutes. He advised about their busy hours and the times to not pick up! But he made every exception for our client located at the Beach in Delaware. Because of his quick response to help our Company we were able to get everything installed for our clients. Jason is the real MVP.

Team just ‘delivered’ over $1,500 in copper to my street, not my house. Thankfully I saw them and drove to meet them. Then driver blatantly lied to my face and said he tried to get up the driveway but couldn’t. I was outside watching the whole time. Can’t trust people that openly lie like this. Avoid at all costs! Wonder if they would’ve paid me back if it was stolen and no notification was given.

They came an hour before their window and left a 400 pound box on a pallet inches from the street blocking my entire driveway.It would have taken the guy 15 seconds to complete the job the right way. Unreal and have never seen such laziness in my life.

They're the worst tracking company. Every pallet we shipped with ward ended with damage or missing packages. Later we confirmed that ward had been skimming packages from shipments (Laptops) when we received the return shipments. Since we switched to a different carrier not a single package has been taken off of a shipment. We actually opened a claim with Ward over a month ago and no one ever followed up with that regarding the damages or missing inventory. We still have all of the photos and documentation of the missing merchandise and damage that we received in from this return shipment. Adding on top of that Ward's drivers not wanting the recipient to count the packages on said pallets when they were shipped raises a lot of red flags. I have attached some photos from the damaged and tampered with pallets as well as the invoices from this week. ~Odyssey Computers

Ward was supposed to deliver a pallet to our warehouse on 7/18. They didn't even attempt a delivery, and didn't call or communicate to anyone, they simply left the pallet sitting in their warehouse. They then said they would deliver it at the end of the week, even claimed that they were just 30 minutes away, but never showed up. We kept a team after hours, and didn't hear back from them. We were then told it would arrive Monday. Didn't show. We called Tuesday, and it was clear that it was never loaded to come to our warehouse. We were told that all trucks were full, so it couldn't come Tuesday either. Then we were told that it couldn't be delivered because we didn't provide an appointment number... they never asked for one! Not to mention, why would they wait over a week to tell us they need an appointment, and lie to us about how they are 30 minutes away? Still hasn't come, just a lot of promises. I suppose at some point we file a theft report. This severely impacted our business, and we will stay very far away from Ward Trucking in the future.
