It was my first time at this storage facility and I had the best experience. Staff was really nice and helpful through the phone and in person especially Alycia. She was very attentive and went above and beyond to meet our customer needs. Thank you Alycia we really appreciate everything!!!!

The staff at the storage facility was extremely helpful. The manager, Fulgencio, went above and beyond to assist us in securing a storage unit promptly and without any complications. He took the time to patiently answer all of our questions, and his exceptional service made our experience very positive. I highly recommend this storage facility due to the outstanding assistance provided by Fulgencio.

After three months of renting a storage unit, I experienced a 70% price increase of $119. Meanwhile, the same size unit was advertised on their website at half the price. When I inquired about terminating my rental agreement and starting a new one at the advertised rate, I was informed that the lower rates are only available to new customers. I do not recommend this business.

I went to secure space for pricing information since my current storage went up a lot in price. Not only is the same size unit with secure space A LOT cheaper but their staff is super knowledgeable and friendly. When I got there I was shown a unit and given examples of how I can arrange my stuff to make the best use of the space. All the questions I had were answered before I even had to ask. And even though this doesn’t pertain to the renting itself I was even offered a bottle of ice cold water. Fluhencio and Maria were amazing and really did provide superstar customer service. Definitely would recommend to friends and family.

I’ve been extremely happy with my storage unit at Secure Space. The rates are reasonable and the location is easy to get to for me. This site has security measures and SJPD is literally down the street. I don’t know how long I will rent my storage unit but I know I’d definitely use this location again.
